NEW UPLOAD TIMES

I'm currently in the middle of doing a video game playthrough of FAR CRY 3 on PC in which I like to call a "FUN RUN."  The FAR CRY 3 Fun Runs are awesome, but a lot.  What I say is mostly non scripted and usually improvised on the spot given on the situation.

Considering I have a lot of FAR CRY 3 videos that I need to pump out, I need to upload them faster.  This means at least 2 FAR CRY 3 videos will be uploaded daily.

There will be random days where a FAR CRY 3 video won't be posted.  Those days and times will focus on the Auto-Showcase Project (ASP).  Warmer weather is coming up and I've got my sights on a few cool DD (Daily Driver) cars.  Plus, I'll be attending car meets this month of April to May.  And then of course in the summer.

So with this awesome news of more FAR CRY 3 videos, I give you one!

Don't forget to check out more of my FAR CRY 3 Fun Run videos in my profile.

Plus, get the game!  It's REALLY AWESOME!

It's available on the PC, PS3, and XBOX360.

As for Hitman: Absolution, I'm taking my sweet ass time on that game, but it'll be done.  I guarantee it.

QUICK UPDATE!

Hey Everyone,

I've been really busy doing A LOT of projects and side projects, plus working and training.

I recently went to a gun range and fired a Glock 17 9mm handgun and Ruger SR22 .22 caliber handgun.  And I got to say that was FUN.

A video of my first time experience shooting handguns will be up soon.

Along the lines of video uploads, I've got tons of video in storage that I will eventually edit and upload.

Just being busy with work, training, and other things in life hampers my ability to upload awesome content in a timely manner.  So please don't be discouraged if I don't respond to a comment as quickly as I can or upload Hitman: Absolution videos.

It takes a lot of time and effort to do such things.  I wish I had a few helpers to assist me.

Keep on a look out for more videos on my YouTube page, Google+ page, and this blog.

Long Time, No Update?

Yes.  It has been some time since I have last updated the ASP blog.

I'm proud to say that I have a full-time steady and secure job, but with this new job comes new changes and responsibilities.

I do not have the luxury of working on my ASP videos full-time.  I can only do them part-time.

Additionally, the winter season also plays a role in what cars I can video.

However, with this new onset that I have predicted, I will be redoing and re-uploading old videos I've done before.

The old car videos I have in my archives will be re-edited and re-uploaded in a better fashion.

Plus, on the side of doing the ASP, I'm creating video game walkthroughs / playthroughs.  Here's an example:

This is a new year for the ASP and myself.

I have more plans and ideas for the ASP and in general film-making.  So stay tuned for what's in store for 2013.

Thanks!

3 FILIPINOS DOWN - PACQUIAO VS MARQUEZ 4TH FIGHT IMPRESSIONS

PACQUIAO VS. MARQUEZ 4TH FIGHT...

A stunning fight by the greatest with a HUGE TURN AROUND...

Click to watch my impressions after the fight.

On other news, I've been busy with other video projects and have not updated this blog in a LONG time.

New videos and posts will be up.

The ASP is still continuing even through the winter.

Plus, I'm diligently working on my video game walkthroughs, but I got to finish the games first in order to do so.  (I'm playing and working on Hitman: Absolution and Far Cry 3.)

Stay tuned for the ASP in 2013.

Temporarily Down, But Not Out

The ASP is temporarily down, but not out.

Hurricane Sandy swept through NJ like a bitch on wheels.  The storm has destroyed lives and made living in the modern world a bit harder, but better days are coming.

It's time to rebuild and continue on with our lives; however, we cannot forget this event.

Plus, we cannot forget last years event on Halloween of 2011.

Disasters like this cannot be forgotten and held lightly.

It is best now to prepare for the next disaster or catastrophic event.  This sounds like the apocalypse is coming.  Technically it is, but it isn't at the same time.

Disasters and catastrophic events come and go, and some times they can be predicted (formations and paths of weather, behavior of animals, local news of what's currently happening).

However, many of us are not prepared for the event and are caught off guard when it happens.

-From (http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2012-11-02/blackout-backlash-builds-as-sandy-slow-recovery-drags-out.html)

When the lights went out on Monday, October 29th, I found myself dumbstruck and mentally unprepared.  I had flashlights, batteries, candles, matches, defensive weapons, phone, first aid kit, and etc. at the ready, but I was not prepared for it in mind and I didn't have a plan on what to do next.

I sat at my desk in the dark.  What I should have done was make sure that my other resources such as food, water, firewood, coal, family members, friends, and neighbors were in check.

My food supply was okay.  My fiance and I placed them in a cooler with ice and transported them to my sister-in-law's home who had available power and room in the refrigerator.

Water was okay because the water line was unaffected.

Firewood and coal were low, but manageable.  I would need to buy more coal for the next event and firewood is plentiful in my area.

My family members and friends were okay and were able to manage themselves.  They live a few miles from us, but we were able to communicate easily via cell service.

However, some of my neighbors were not so good and that's one thing I (and others who read this) need to work on: BUILDING A GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH NEIGHBORS.

We all have neighbors living next or across from us and some times, we don't get into their business and they don't get into ours.  Most of us now live in a technology world of Facebook, Twitter, and Google.  That's where we find most of our friends.  We forget the basic aspects of being social which is face to face verbal contact.

And that's sad.

Where's the sense of community with your neighbors?

If you have good relations with your neighbors, then that's good and you're one step ahead of me.

But if you don't, then you need to build one.

Why?

Because neighbors (like people and strangers) are an important resource in rebuilding a destroyed community.

A band of neighbors can move a tree that's blocking a road instead of waiting for county road workers.  A band of neighbors can help those who are trapped in a home instead of waiting for EMS.  A band of neighbors can rally up and defend their homes from thieving opportunists instead of police who might be stretched too thin.

Getting a group of neighbors to help you and each other out is better than going through a terrible event alone.  You and your neighbors can survive a lot longer compared to going at it alone.

Plus, neighbors utilized in a specific way can have quite an impact and be a game changer in a situation.  REMEMBER, NEIGHBORS HAVE CERTAIN SKILLS THAT CAN BE USEFUL.  If your neighbor knows first aid and you're hurt, he or she can save your life!

So now, what do you do knowing this valuable commodity and resource?

Basically, introduce yourself to your neighbor.  Say hi or wave to them whenever you see them.  Offer them help if they need it.  Give them a resource (fruit, vegetables, firewood).  Invite them over for a BBQ.

"A good neighbor - a found treasure."  - Chinese Proverb

Sound off!  What do you think?  Do you have any relations with your neighbors?  Or are you a hermit?

DUCATI & Better Content

The first time I saw a Ducati motorcycle was about 2 years ago in a parking garage when I was first experimenting with filming.  This was on my old YouTube profile.  And as I look back at the view count of that video, I'm surprised!  13,000 views!

Fast forward today, here's a new ASP version:

The Ducati Multistrada 1200 S impressed me A LOT.  It impressed me so much that this was the first motorcycle I filmed that day.

Then this came in and I needed to film it.  The Ducati 1098 with a beauty...

Funny thing, it parked right next to the Multistrada 1200 S and it had a beautiful model posing on it.  So I took the opportunity and filmed both the 1098 and the model.  Gorgeous isn't it?

Be on the look out for more videos like this!

New Upload Schedule

Creating all this awesome content means I need to have a consistent Upload Schedule.  I can't upload all my videos at ONCE and expect them to get HIGH views.

No, no.  An Upload Schedule is important and required.

So what's the Upload Schedule going to be the ASP?  Well, I'm glad you asked.

Here's the Upload Schedule lineup as of October 5th, 2012.

UPLOAD SCHEDULE:
(Eastern Standard Time: NY Area)
Monday - 4:30PM
Wednesday - 4:30PM
Friday - 4:30PM
Saturday - 1:00PM (non-consecutive)
Sunday - 2:00PM (non-consecutive)

So expect a video on these days and times.

As of Saturday and Sunday, I will have a video posted up on either day and time.  For example, I will post a video this Saturday at 1PM, but will not post a video for Sunday until the next weekend.  When the next weekend rolls in, I'll post a video on Sunday at 2PM, but will not on Saturday.  It will repeat that way until I decide to make a different Upload Schedule.

Now I leave you with this...
